Staying healthy and fat free these days has taken more priority than ever. There are a whole lot of fat loss guides, Diet Pills, training programs etc. Some of these work. Here I will provide 6 easy steps burning your body fat.
Step 1 : Stay active
One of the premier reasons of not being able to burn the body fat is not staying active. By active I mean not doing your regular chores, depending too much on elevators, using vehicles for short distances etc. You will be surprised to see how much fat you will burn by staying active.
Step 2 : Eat green vegetables
Green vegetables contain a lot of fiber which takes a lot of calories to digest and improves your health in general. They also contain essential vitamins and minerals which produce enzymes to break fat into energy. By eating green vegetables you’re burning fat while eating!
Step 3 : Drink cold water
Water is essential to our body. But cold water comes with an added advantage. The body uses up energy in order to bring down the temperature of water and hence burns some calories.
Step 4 : Do weight training
Yes weight training helps Lose Fat. Weight training increases lean muscle mass , which consumes calories to maintain , which in turn burns body fat
Step 5 : Eat a lot of lean protein
Lean protein like chicken, fish etc are very important to gain and maintain lean muscle mass . Also protein burns a lot of calories to digest and also keeps you full so that you don’t eat too much!
Step 6 : Skip carbs after 8
Foods that contain carbohydrates like rice, oats etc are great sources of energy, but it is best not to have then after 8. This is because the body slows down its digestive process and will not break them down, thus forcing them to be stored as fat.
