Weight Reduction
anyone knows about how effective is VLCC’s weight reduction program?
they said they use passive exercises using gels and vibrating machines etc. and spot redution program. they said it is permanent . but i want to know what does that mean . on TV there are often adds about temparary weight redution things. i want to know if that gell and vibration thing will be effective for a few months or days only or what. has anybody ever attended any such centre? i know that maintaing weight is another thing. but if the weight reduction by this way is real?
Most of these programs have very little effect. Since I can’t speak specifically about this particular program I will offer you this. 2500 Calories a day and minimal exercise will reduce weight over time just if you are not sitting for long periods. Also if you reduce breads to a minimum and add say beans, rice, fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, lean beef, yougurt, the pounds will come off especially after a couple months. Also if you walk fast you can burn calories at more than three times the rate of a normal pace. The results can be discouraging the first month as you may not lose much, but after that the pounds should come more readily for better results. Hope this helps.
