How to lose Belly Fat? How to Lose Fat in thighs?
Are there any foods that fight abdominal fat? What are some fat triggering foods? What are exercises that help you get rid of fat in your thighs and belly? DO NOT say cardio, sit ups, or crunches.
Yes I do know cardio helps. I’m asking if there is anything else I can do. -___-
Eat less or eat healthier. But cardiovascular exercise helps To Lose Weight too. And fat triggering foods? I don’t think there is any. If you eat a lot of something,you’ll gain weight. If you eat less of something,you’ll lose weight.
And spot reduction is a myth. Your body will tell what fat is going first. So it takes time and patience. So just have a well balanced diet it,or do what I do; and just eat the foods you like;but in smaller portions. And take at least 3 days of the week to do 30 minutes of cardio. Just move around a bit during the day. Even a ten minute walk around the block. Every little bit helps.
