How to Flat my stomach and loss thigh fat?

People say that I’m not fat but I have some fatness in my stomach and I want to flatten it but I need help I dont know what to do. Help me please

CARDIO! It’s basically anything like running, cycling, fast walking that keeps you heart rate up for at least 30 mins a day!
Try and build some muscle- you burn more fat with the more muscle you have.
