Losing Fat and building muscle at the same time will add a lot more time before you get results

you need to eat 6-7 times a day every 2-3 hours

each meal needs to consist of: muscle building proteins/ healthy fats/ and low GI carbs

drink green tea(add lemon to the tea if you are not fond of the bitterness) green tea is great for breaking up fat. but still it takes time.

drink water all day no fizzy drinks or alcohol.

there is no exact diet you need to follow.

just give up bread and flour based products including cakes and pasta

no refined sugary foods, just eat natural sugar such a fruit (not juice) no chocolate or sweets

eat potatoes and rice but not after 5pm

eat low sugar cereals such a sporridge or bran flakes

eat flax seed/ oil (also known as linseed) this is high in the omegas which help with pretty much everything to do with the body and its development.

i recommend resistance training 3-4 times per week with light to moderately heavy weights.
if you are looking for muscle development and Fat Loss i would suggest a circuit of working out all top parts of your body one day (shoulders/ arms/ chest/ back) and the following workout day workout the lower half of the body (quads/hamstrings/calves)
and cardio 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes after cardio work out your core ( obliques/ abdominals/ lower back)
